Deerfield Township is one of xviii civil townships in Portage County, Ohio. These are in a southeastern corner of the county, & borders or even touches the as a result more town & municipalities:
Smith Township, Mahoning County, on the south;
Lexington Township, Stark County, on the southwest (touches, however doesn't border);
Atwater Township, on the west;
Edinburg Township, on the northwest (touches, however doesn't border);
Palmyra Township, on the north;
